This house illustration was created for a color card for a roofing company. The color card shows color-deposited swatches available for metal roof materials and the house will have callouts to indicate different types of fabricated items used for installation. (Edge pieces, trim, moulding, etc.) There was a previous drawing, but there were so many changes needed that apparently it was impossible to edit. Things like windows and doors were not quite right, plus the carport roof had to come down some and a porch with a roof needed to be added. The earlier drawing was used as a guide, but the house illustration had to be built from scratch, from the ground up, as a new vector drawing. The marked-up drawing shows in the image at left, as do the new guides used for perspective.
