Art on Products

Some samples are corporate gifts and logoed swag, some are Print-on-Demand (POD), and some are actually licensed on merchandise. I never pursued licensing before, but I’ve been approached a few times, and usually similar-but-different artwork was created according to individual needs. This allowed me to keep the rights to the original art. I keep my POD art separate from any artwork available for licensing for the most part. I occasionally use licensed assets (as allowed by their commercial license) for some of my POD designs, especially on apparel like t-shirts and sweatshirts, as any graphic designer might do to create a layout. The icons at left are my stylized motorcycle illustration and rosebud for my Lady Rider series. There’s a trike version as well. As a gal who rides, I have a lot of motorcycle-related artwork for women riders.
