The inspiration for this pattern came when thinking of those sunny spring mornings when it’s starting to be warm early in the day. Leaving the house early in the morning, being after the long winter, everything outside smells so fresh. Similarly, when you open that first window of the season and the fresh air coming into the house is almost intoxicating. With a few fall colors, some patterns in this collection can also be reminiscent of an autumn morning when it’s not hot anymore, but not nippy yet either, and the first leaves are just starting to turn.
