This rather complex building illustration was drawn from a scanned sketch and rendered in 2-point perspective in Illustrator. Many elements were required, including a brick building with a stucco wall and concrete parapet, a glass building, an atrium, a concrete parking garage, a seam in the roof of the parking garage with a detail enlargement, windows with cross section detail enlargement, balconies, a cut-away with bathroom fixtures, excavation in front of concrete, excavation in front of brick, steps with railings, a walkway to the garage, and landscaping. Call-outs added later indicated where sealants and restorative products are used.
